All citizens have right to observe the conference of council to monitor their activites. any citizens who wish to attend the meeting must receive admission ticket from Secretariat.     City Council manages the special class for youth who will the local council in the 21st century. Students from junior and high school studients have an opportunity to visit council and increase their understanding on its role and major functions.
